How to Measure Your Foot
- Place a piece of paper on a hard floor against a wall.
- Stand on the paper with your heel against the wall.
- Mark the longest part of your foot on the paper.
- Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimeters or inches.
- Use the measurement to find your approximate shoe size.
Tips for Accurate Measurement:
- Measure both feet - most people have one foot slightly larger than the other.
- Measure later in the day when your feet are at their largest.
- Wear the socks you plan to wear with the shoes.
- Stand when measuring, as your feet spread when bearing weight.
- Allow about 3/8" to 1/2" (0.5-1 cm) of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe.
